Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Personalized or customized products (e.g., custom cards, photo gifts, holiday gift boxes) may require an additional 1-2 business days for production.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Express International Shipping: 3-7 business days (available for select destinations)
Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local carrier conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and package weight, and will be displayed at checkout. Free shipping promotions are subject to current offers shown on our website.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status in real time.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Mail a Smile is not liable for any customs fees, delays, or package holds caused by customs authorities.
