Return Window Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Personalized or customized items (e.g., products with names or photos) are non-refundable, unless there is a quality issue or shipping error
  • Items must be returned in original packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
